Sewu Temple in Klaten Regency, Central Java Province

According to the locals, the real name Sewu Temple is Candi Prasada Vajrasana Manjusrigrha. This ancient name was found on two inscriptions called Manjusrigrha and Kelurak. How to Get There
The trip duration depends on where tourists come from, actually. Here is an example. Those who come from the capital of Central Java Province (Semarang City) would take around 1 hour and 33 minutes in order to reach Klaten Regency. It is because the distance is 97.7 km and the best route to take is Semarang – Solo Highway. For those who come from Jakarta City, on the other hand, they may spend at least 7 hours and 59 minutes in order to reach Klaten. The distance is 532 km and the best route is Cikopo – Palimanan Highway.
