They are quite dense, creating a perfect shadiness to the trekking route. As for the atmosphere, it feels refreshing due to the breezy wind and fog (especially in the morning). What about panoramas? This is why carrying bottled water and other supplies are quite recommended. For those coming with a local guide, it is possible to gather information regarding the site. Here is an example. Tourists can find out the meaning of the site’s name! The locals used Clongop as the name due to the location of the hill, which is quite high and steep. It derives from the words “Clong-clongan” (exploration) and “Angop” (yawning). It is because most trekkers would feel sleepy when exploring and enjoying trekking in that area, especially during resting.

After reaching the top of the hill, tourists can enjoy sightseeing right away! As mentioned before, the views are amazing up there! It is recommended to carry a camera and perform photography, too! The best time to explore and visit the site is definitely during good weather. Otherwise, tourists won’t find any facilities or shelters in order to avoid rain or bad weathers up there. Actually, eating snacks and foods are allowed on the site, but everyone must avoid littering at all cost!
