From Kupang City, it takes about 7 hours and 20 minutes to get to Fulan Fehan Valley. It is because the distance is 303 km. The first thing to do is to head to South Atambua Sub-District right away. Next, they only need to reach the checkpoint which is in Manuaman Village. From there, the last thing to do is trekking in order to get to the top of the hill.
