Sampoddo hill is located in South Wara district or approximately seven kilometers before entering Palopo or bordered with Luwu, a tourist location where you can enjoy the beauty of Palopo from a height. From Bukit Sampoddo’ you will see three viewpoints that enchanting your sight; the mountains view and the colorful mainland cities, also the coastal area.
At the peak of Sampoddo Hill, we can feel the chilling nuance over the mountains with very cool and refreshing air. On other side of the winding streets, there are rows of towering oak tree that grows firmly and give the shady atmosphere. The green grass and flower pots that stacked neatly along the journey to the uphill are somehow enchanting. Along the way, there are dozens of stalls lined up and offering grilled corn made by local people around the place.
