South Sulawesi: Tana Toraja Exclusive Rafting Tour 4 Days/3 Nights

Day 1 : Makassar – Pare Pare – Toraja (L/D)
On your arrival in the International Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, you will be welcomed by our local guide,  then you will be guided directly to Tana Toraja. The journey will take 8 to 10 hours, passing the buginese villages with special traditional houses. Lunch will be served in Pare pare at the local seafood restaurant. The journey then continued and passes through beautiful mountainous Enrekang regency. Here you can laidback and enjoy the magnificent view of Mountain of Bambapuang. The journey the continued and In the afternoon we will arrive in Rantepao the capital of North Toraja Regency then you will be escorted to the hotel for break. In the evening, the participants will be picked up and heading to the local restaurant for dinner, post the dinner you will be driven back to the hotel for break and free activities.

Day 2 : Full Day Tour Toraja (B/L/D)
Post the breakfast at the hotel, we will guide you for a full day tour of Tana Toraja. In the morning we will travel to the highland of Batutumonga to experience the spectacular mountainous scene of North Toraja and  see the city of rantepao from the heights. At noon, we go back to Rantepao for Lunch at Celebes Restaurant. Next, we will visit  Lemo, an ancient cemetery on the rocky wall. Then we will visit Londa, an ancient cemetery in cave. In this place you will witness skeletons of human, skulls lies untouched and without being buried. For the final visit of the day, we will visit KeteKesu, a traditional Torajan village with its original tongkonan houses. In  the evening, the participants will be picked up and heading to the local restaurant for dinner, post the dinner you will be driven back to the hotel for break and free activities.

Day 3 : Full Day Arung Jeram Sungai Sa’dang (B/L/D)
Post the breakfast, you will be picked up by our rafting crews, and with a special car, we will be headed to Ma’dong Village by passing the rural areas of Toraja with spectacular scene. In Ma’dong, we will then tracking to Maulu river. At the river, we will start rafting  for about 2.5 hours exploring the Maulu river By this, you will have the chance to see varieties of fauna such Iguana, wild  geese, wild long hornet  buffaloes, and many others. Lunch will be provided in lunch box at the banks of the river. The rafting will stop at Tapparan Village. Finally, we will go back to the hotel for break and in the evening lunch is provided at the local restaurant.

Day 4 : Toraja – Transfer ke Airport (B,L)
Post the breakfast in the hotel, we will be heading back to Makassar on the same road, lunch will be provided in Kenari Bukit Indah restaurant in the city of Pare-Pare. We will be arrived in Makassar in the afternoon and directly escorted to the Sultan Hasanuddin airport for your next flight.
