How to Get There
The best way to get to Yogyakarta City is indeed by airplane, especially for those coming from outside the region. For example, a flight from Soekarno – Hatta International Airport (Jakarta City) to Adisucipto International Airport may take around 1 hour and 10 minutes. It can even be faster during good weather. Once arriving at the airport, tourists should take Nasional III Street and head to Gunung Kidul Regency right away. The distance is 44.8 km, so the trip would take around 1 hour and 9 minutes. Next, they should take Tepus Street and reach Sundak Beach immediately. This trip may take around 40 minutes, as the distance is 18.7 km.
