Camar Wulan Beach in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province

Sambas Regency’s popularity is likely to increase these days, especially in terms of tourism. Thanks to the presence of stunning beaches. Visitors only need to reach the west part of the region in order to approach those beaches, including the one called Camar Wulan Beach. This one is located in Sebubus Village and belongs to Paloh Sub-District. The only issue is that the location is a little bit far from downtown, so tourists need to spend some time to get there. Despite the long trip, everyone would be satisfied once arriving on the site!

The Nuance
There must be reasons why Camar Wulan Beach is different than others, no? Well, the first thing to notice is the serenity. On the site, there are not many tourists or villagers. It is because the location is far from the city center. The next impressive feature is the presence of both white and yellowish sandy shorelines. Tourists can choose a specific spot to enjoy these two landscapes! Despite the difference in colors, both of them have a soft texture! As for vegetation, the beach features some spruces or pine trees. Not to mention some big sandy stone are scattered in that area. What is more? The beach has friendly waves, which are suitable for swimming and playing water.

Exploring Camar Wulan Beach
Due to the serene ambiance, tourists usually visit Camar Wulan Beach in order to enjoy relaxation. These people want to get away from the crowd and enjoy a peaceful vacation either alone or with families. The warm atmosphere, breezy wind, and soothing sound of waves would accompany them during relaxation. However, on some small spruces are available in that area. There are no shady spots to hide from the heat of the sun! That means it is recommended to visit the beach either only in the morning or afternoon.

Aside from relaxation, people keep visiting Camar Wulan Beach in order to conduct beach walking. The first area is covered by white sand, which looks stunning. The second area is none other than the yellowish sandy shoreline, which looks exotic with its chunks of stones. Both of them have a soft texture, so everyone can walk on them comfortably even without footwear. Once again, it is a bad idea to enjoy beach walking at noon due to the heat of the sun! Thus, everyone should come at the right times.

What is next? Camar Wulan Beach is suitable for swimming, as well. It is because the waves are not as big as other beaches in Sambas Regency. Still, tourists must not swim too far in the midst of the sea. The currents can be unpredictable sometimes! Later, after swimming, they can simply rest under pine trees while drinking refreshing fresh coconut drinks or eating snacks. What a comfy vacation!
