Bali Organization to Raise Funds for HIV/AIDS

TEMPO Interactive, Denpasar:The “We Love Youth People” organization (Kisara), part of the Indonesian Family Planning Association’s (PKBI) in Bali, is raising funds for children whose parents are infected with HIV/AIDS.
“We have gathered donations in the form of cash, old clothes, sugar, and medicine,” said PKBI Bali Kisara coordinator, I Nyoman Suparta, yesterday (2/12).
The donations will be distributed on Sunday, December 14, to 30 children at Buleleng children’s shelter.
Some of their parents have already died.
The fund raising will continue until December 13.
“We still need milk and books,” said Suparta.
