Indonesia holds tourism promotion in Abu Dhabi
Sana`a (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian embassy in Abu Dhabi organized an Indonesian Tourim Night in the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, on Monday (May 7).

Meanwhile, the Indonesian Tourism and Culture Ministry`s Marketing Director Tamrin Bahri said that Indonesia could offer a lot of interesting tourist resorts to Arab tourists.
The Arabs usually spend their summer holiday, which starts in June, overseas.
According to the latest data quoted by Al-Arabiya TV station in Dubai last week, Arab tourists spend around US$30 billion annually, and the average spending of each Arab tourist is twice than that of an European.
It was reported recently that an investor based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Emaar Properties LLC, seriously wants to sink capital in the tourism sector in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province.
Emaar Properties LLC showed its serious intention to invest in NTB`s tourism sector among others by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on its plan on April 30, Rusman, a spokesman for the West Nusa Tenggara provincial administration, said here Tuesday.
The MoU was signed by Emaar Properties LLC and PT Perusahaan Pengolala Aset (an asset management company) in Jakarta witnessed by Vice President Jusuf Kalla and a number of relevant ministers as well as West Nusa Tenggara Governor H Lalu Serinata.
Emaar Properties planned to sink its capital in the tourism sector with an investment value between US$600 million and US$700 million. The project would be started in conjunction with the building of an international airport in Lombok Tengah.(*)
