Takisung Beach is one of tourist attractions in South Kalimantan, with views of the stunning beach with fresh fish trading activities as well as dried fish directly from the fishermen.
Takisung Beach is located in the west Takisung district, Tanah Laut regency. Located approximately 22 km from the city Pelaihari or approximately 87 km from the capital city of South Kalimantan Banjarmasin. Although the beach is Takisung Java Sea, but the waves were not as big as the south coast of the island of Java. So it is safe to travel and be a settlement.
As a tourist attraction, Takisung Beach surrounded by palm trees with brown sand like sea water. There are many markets that sell snacks typical of the coast, ranging from salted fish, ornate scallops, shrimp, fish, until the reef directly from the fishermen.
Here you can watch the sunset lighthouse lamp also during the afternoon. Takisung to the beach to get through two pathways, namely the route through the city and the track passes Pelaihari Sari Island. If the passing Pelaihari, already common anyway, after sub – Bati Bati, from Banjarmasin about 2 hours drive.
