Tahu Campur or Mix Tofu is another Lamongan food. Looking at the tittle, it surely main dish that using tofu as the main ingredient. Tahu Campur is consisting of lontong or rice cake as carbohydrate, there is lettuce, bean sprout, tofu and lento. Lento is cassava fried cake. Those ingredients are mix together and added by beef soup and shrimp paste to make the soup more spicy and thick. At the end, add shrimp cracker as an important condiment.
