Suwehan Beach in Nusa Penida Island, Bali Province

Consisting of many beautiful beaches, Nusa Penida Island never loses visitors especially during a long holiday. As for the reference, tourists should visit Suwehan Beach. The location is in Tanglad Village and it is considered secluded. No wonder, the pristine beauty would impress all visitors. Not to mention the site is good enough to enjoy relaxation, beach walking, and finding peace. Some people even said they feel like spending a vacation in a private beach! Some visitors also take advantage of the landscape to enjoy photography and camping, in fact.

The Nuance
Suwehan Beach is considered secluded, so not many tourists know the exact location. This also explains why the nuance is quite peaceful in that area. For the information, tourists need to pass through a rocky route and a cliff in order to reach the site. Once arriving at the beach, tourists may see a soft-textured white sandy shoreline (having the length of about 400 meters). The most noticeable feature perhaps is the presence of a big coral reef that has a shape of a pointed triangle. Somehow, it looks similar to a Volcom Stone. This also explains why some people call the site Volcom Beach.

Exploring Suwehan Beach
Some tourists may wonder what makes Suwehan Beach is different than others. Well, the most iconic feature is definitely the presence of Volcom coral. The unique shape attracts tourists either to enjoy sightseeing or photography. The size looks small due to the presence of a big cliff in the background, though. In fact, it has a big size (which is suitable for photography). Here is the information. The locals call it with another name, which is Batu Jineng.

Is that all? Well, Suwehan or Volcom Beach is also known for its stunning white sandy shoreline. That means tourists can enjoy beach walking comfortably in that area. They don’t even need to wear footwear while doing the activity. The texture is quite soft, after all. Another reason why the beach becomes comfortable is the presence of tall green cliffs on the background. This secluded nuance is suitable for relaxation and getting rid of stresses, somehow.

What about swimming? Tourists should pay attention the sea condition before they get in the water. The waves are unpredictable, after all. Thus, it is recommended to go swimming only during the low tide. As an alternative, tourists can enjoy sunbathing on the shore, especially when the sun is quite warm.
